Our Standard Is
Non-Negotiable
From the first ingredient to the final bottle, quality is the only option we accept.
Ingredient Selection
Every ingredient that goes into a Mountain Made product must pass a rigorous selection process before it ever reaches a formula. We evaluate each ingredient on four criteria: scientific evidence of efficacy, bioavailability (can your body actually use it?), sourcing integrity, and purity profile.
We do not accept ingredients based on cost alone. If a higher-quality, more bioavailable form of a nutrient exists — chelated minerals, methylated B vitamins, natural vitamin E — that's what we use, even when it costs more. Our team reviews the current literature on each ingredient to ensure we're using forms and doses that align with the science, not just what looks good on a label.

Manufacturing Standards
Mountain Made products are manufactured exclusively in FDA-registered, NSF GMP-certified (Good Manufacturing Practice) facilities in the United States. GMP certification means our manufacturing partners are held to federal standards covering everything from facility cleanliness and equipment calibration to employee training and documentation protocols.
We conduct supplier audits and require ongoing compliance documentation from all manufacturing partners. No exceptions. The standards that govern pharmaceutical manufacturing are the standards we apply to our supplements.

Quality Control
Quality control at Mountain Made is not a single checkpoint — it's a continuous process woven through every stage of production. Raw materials are tested upon receipt. In-process testing occurs at multiple points during manufacturing. Finished products undergo final batch testing before release.
We test for identity (is this actually what it says it is?), potency (is the dose accurate?), purity (are there any contaminants?), and physical characteristics. Only batches that pass all criteria are approved for sale.

Third-Party Testing
We don't just test internally — we verify everything through independent third-party laboratories. These labs have no financial relationship with Mountain Made and no incentive to tell us what we want to hear.
Third-party testing confirms that our products contain exactly what the label claims, in the amounts claimed, with no undisclosed contaminants. We test for heavy metals (lead, mercury, cadmium, arsenic), microbial contamination, pesticide residues, and label accuracy.
Certificates of Analysis for our products are available upon request.

Transparency
We believe you have the right to know exactly what's in every product you purchase. That's why Mountain Made uses fully disclosed labels — no proprietary blends, no hidden ingredient amounts, no vague "blend" designations.
Every active ingredient is listed with its exact dose. Every excipient is disclosed. We tell you the form of each ingredient (magnesium glycinate, not just "magnesium") and we tell you why it's in the formula.
Transparency isn't a marketing strategy for us. It's a basic standard of respect for the people who trust us with their health.
